Operating Instructions
- Fill Tank: Open the lid and pour your desired beverage into the 10L tank. Do not overfill past the maximum fill line.
- Secure Lid: Close the lid firmly.
- Activate Cooling: Locate the 'COOLING' switch on the control panel and switch it to the 'ON' position. The unit will begin to cool the beverage to the set temperature range of 35.6°F–50°F (2°C–10°C).
- Activate Mixing (Optional): If your beverage requires continuous stirring (e.g., juice with pulp), switch the 'MIXING' control to the 'ON' position.
- Dispense Beverage: Place a glass or cup under the dispensing spout. Push the handle down to release the beverage. Release the handle to stop the flow.
- Turn Off: When finished, switch both 'COOLING' and 'MIXING' (if used) to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit.
