1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper use and maintenance of your ATsafepro 1/4" Digital Torque Wrench. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure safe and effective use of the tool. This digital torque wrench is designed for precise torque application in various tasks, including bicycle, automotive, and general home repair projects.

2. Setup
2.1. Battery Installation
The digital torque wrench requires two AAA alkaline batteries (included). To install or replace batteries:
- Unscrew the battery cap at the bottom of the wrench handle.
- Insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the battery compartment.
- Securely screw the battery cap back on.
2.2. Attaching Accessories
The wrench set includes a 1/4-inch extension bar and a 1/4" to 3/8" drive adapter for increased versatility.
- To attach the extension bar or adapter, align the square drive of the accessory with the square drive on the wrench head and push firmly until it clicks into place.
- To remove, press the quick-release button on the wrench head and pull the accessory off.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Power On/Off
Press the 'C' button once to power on the device. The screen will illuminate, displaying the current settings. The device will automatically switch off after 120 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life. To manually turn off, press and hold the 'C' button for 3 seconds.
3.2. Setting Torque Values
The wrench features 9 preset torque values (P1-P9) and allows for custom value setting.
- Press the Up or Down arrow buttons to enter the profile mode.
- Use the Up/Down arrows to select the desired profile (P1-P9).
- Press the 'M' button to enter the value adjustment mode for the selected profile.
- Use the Up/Down arrows to adjust the torque value. Press and hold for faster adjustment.
- Press the 'C' button to confirm and save the new torque value to the selected profile.
3.3. Changing Units
The wrench supports 5 measuring units: in.lbs, ft.lbs, Nm, kgf.cm, and kg.m. Briefly press the 'U' button to cycle through the available units. The display will update to show the current torque value in the newly selected unit.

3.4. Operating Modes (Peak & Track)
Press the 'P/T' button to switch between Track Mode (T) and Peak Mode (P).
- Track Mode (T): Displays the real-time torque value as force is applied. The numerical value varies with force, and torque resets to zero after force removal.
- Peak Mode (P): Captures and displays the maximum torque value reached during tightening. The maximum screen retention occurs after unloading.

3.5. Triple Alert System
The wrench provides a triple alert system to indicate when the target torque is reached:
- Vibration: The wrench vibrates when approaching and reaching the target torque.
- Buzzer: A loud buzzer sounds with increasing frequency as the target torque is approached, becoming continuous upon reaching 100%.
- LED Indicators: Bright LED lights illuminate in sequence, changing from yellow to red as the target torque is approached and reached.

3.6. Data Storage and Memory
The digital torque wrench can store up to 500 sets of torque readings for review.
- To save the current data, press the 'M' key.
- To query stored data, hold down the 'M' key to enter the memory menu. Use the Up/Down arrows to navigate through the stored torque values.
- To exit the memory menu, press the 'C' key.

4. Maintenance
4.1. Calibration
The ATsafepro digital torque wrench is factory calibrated to ±2% accuracy. Regular calibration is recommended to maintain accuracy, especially after prolonged use or significant impacts. Refer to a certified calibration service for professional recalibration.

4.2. Storage
Store the torque wrench in its protective case in a dry, clean environment when not in use. Remove batteries if the wrench will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage and damage.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your ATsafepro Digital Torque Wrench, please consider the following:
- No Power: Check battery orientation and ensure batteries are not depleted. Replace with fresh AAA batteries if necessary.
- Inaccurate Readings: Ensure the wrench is properly calibrated. Avoid dropping or subjecting the tool to harsh impacts.
- Display Issues: If the display is dim or flickering, replace the batteries.
