Setup

Battery Installation:

  1. Main Unit: Open the battery compartment on the back. Insert 3 x AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  2. Wireless Sensors: Open the battery compartment on each sensor. Insert 2 x AA batteries (not included) into each sensor, observing correct polarity.

Note: The main unit can also be powered via the included USB cable. When powered by USB, the backlight remains on and offers three brightness levels.

Sensor Synchronization:

After installing batteries in both the main unit and sensors, the sensors will automatically attempt to synchronize with the main unit. This process may take a few moments. Ensure sensors are within range of the main unit during initial setup.

Operating Instructions

Basic Display:

The main unit displays indoor temperature and humidity, along with readings from Sensor 1 and Sensor 2. Each sensor's data is presented in a distinct color zone (green for Sensor 1, blue for Sensor 2) for easy identification.

Temperature Unit Selection (℃/℉):

Press the MODE button to cycle through display modes. To change the temperature unit between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉), locate the dedicated button (often labeled ℃/℉ or integrated with another button like +/-) and press it.

Max/Min Records:

The device records maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values for the past 24 hours or since the last reset. Briefly press the +/- button to switch between 24-hour and all-time record modes. To clear the records, press and hold the +/- button.

Backlight Control:

  • Battery Power: The backlight activates for 10 seconds when any button is pressed.
  • USB Power: The backlight remains continuously on. Press the backlight button (if available) or a specific button combination to adjust between three brightness levels.
