- Always operate the drone in open, clear areas, away from people, animals, buildings, trees, and power lines.
- Do not fly the drone in strong winds, rain, or other adverse weather conditions.
- Maintain a safe distance from the drone during operation. Do not attempt to catch the drone while its propellers are spinning.
- Ensure all propellers are securely attached and undamaged before each flight. Replace any damaged propellers immediately.
- This product is not a toy. It is recommended for users over 14 years of age. Adult supervision is advised for younger users.
- Perform a pre-flight check before every flight, including battery levels, propeller condition, and control responsiveness.
1.2 Battery Safety
- Use only the provided charging cables and batteries.
- Do not overcharge or over-discharge the batteries.
- Do not expose batteries to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or fire.
- If a battery appears swollen, damaged, or leaks, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it properly.
- Always charge batteries on a non-flammable surface and away from flammable materials.

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Batteries
Before first use, fully charge both drone batteries and the remote control's built-in battery. Use the provided USB charging cables.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the drone battery and a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The indicator light on the charging cable will show charging status (refer to cable's specific indicator behavior).
- Charging time is approximately 60-90 minutes per battery.

3.2 Installing Drone Battery and Propeller Guards
- Insert a fully charged drone battery into the battery compartment on the rear of the drone until it clicks into place.
- Attach the propeller guards to each arm of the drone by snapping them into the designated slots. This provides protection during flight.

3.3 Unfolding the Drone
Gently unfold the drone arms until they are fully extended and locked into position.

3.4 Remote Control Setup
- Pull out the smartphone holder from the top of the remote control and securely place your smartphone in it.
- Ensure the remote control is fully charged.

3.5 App Download and Connection
- Scan the QR code in the manual or search for the "X62DRONE" app in your smartphone's app store (iOS/Android).
- Install the app.
- Turn on the drone and then the remote control.
- On your smartphone, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the Wi-Fi network named "X62DRONE_xxxxxx".
- Open the "X62DRONE" app. You should see the drone's camera feed.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Quick Start Guide (Remote Control)

- Step 1: Place the drone on a flat, level surface. Turn on the drone's power switch. The drone lights will flash, indicating it is in standby mode. Ensure the tail of the drone is facing towards you.
- Step 2: Power on the remote control. The drone and remote control will automatically synchronize frequencies. The drone lights will turn solid when connected.
- Step 3: Move both the left and right control sticks of the remote controller simultaneously to the lower left or lower right 45-degree angle. The drone lights will flash and then turn solid, indicating horizontal calibration is complete.
- Step 4: Press the One-Key Takeoff button on the remote control to initiate flight.
4.2 Quick Start Guide (APP Control)

- Step 1: Place the drone on a flat, level surface. Turn on the drone's power switch. The drone lights will flash, indicating it is in standby mode. Ensure the tail of the drone is facing towards you.
- Step 2: Power on the remote control. The drone and remote control will automatically synchronize frequencies. The drone lights will turn solid when connected.
- Step 3: Download and log in to the "X62DRONE" APP. Connect your smartphone to the drone's Wi-Fi network: "X62DRONE_xxxxxx".
- Step 4: Move both the left and right joysticks of the remote control simultaneously to the lower left or lower right 45-degree angle. The drone lights will flash and then turn solid, indicating horizontal calibration is complete.
- Step 5: Turn off the remote control. Enter the app control interface, click the icon of "Control Switch", then click the "Take Off" button for successful takeoff.
4.3 Basic Flight Controls
- Take-off/Landing: Press the One-Key Takeoff/Landing button.
- Altitude Hold: The drone will automatically maintain a certain height, making it easier to control.
- Headless Mode: Eliminates the need to adjust the drone's position before flight. The drone's direction will be relative to the pilot. Activate by long-pressing the Take-off/Land button for 4 seconds. Long-press again to cancel.
- Speed Adjustment: The drone has 3 speed gears (low, medium, high) for different skill levels and wind conditions. Short press the Speed Switch button on the remote.

4.4 Advanced Flight Features (APP Control)
- 3D Flip: Long press the Speed Switch button on the remote to perform a 360° flip.
- Gravity Control: Enables the drone to mimic the movement of your mobile phone. Tilt your phone to control the drone's direction.
- Voice Control: Command the drone with simple voice instructions like "Take off", "Fly", "Forward", "Backward", "Left", "Right", "Photo", "Record".
- Gesture Photography: Post a "V" sign or "palm" gesture to the camera, and the drone will automatically take a photo or video within 3 seconds.
- Waypoint Flyflight (Tap Fly): Draw a flight path on your smartphone screen, and the drone will follow the designated route.
- Circle Fly/Rotation Fly: The drone can fly in a circle around a designated point.

4.5 Camera Operation
- Take Photo: Press the Photo/Video button on the remote control or tap the camera icon in the app.
- Record Video: Press the Photo/Video button again to start recording. Press again to stop.
- Adjust Camera Angle: Use the camera up/down adjustment buttons on the remote control to change the lens angle.

4.6 Emergency Stop
In case of an emergency or loss of control, press the Emergency Stop button on the remote control. The drone will immediately stop its propellers and fall. Use this feature only when necessary to prevent damage or injury.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the drone body with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
5.2 Propeller Replacement
- If a propeller is damaged, replace it with a spare propeller from the package.
- Use the included screwdriver to remove the screw holding the damaged propeller.
- Ensure you match the correct propeller type (A or B) to the corresponding motor arm. The drone arms are marked.
- Secure the new propeller with the screw.

6. Troubleshooting
- Drone not responding to remote: Ensure both drone and remote are powered on and batteries are charged. Re-pair the drone and remote by following the Quick Start steps.
- Unstable flight/Drifting: Perform horizontal calibration as described in the Quick Start guide. Check for damaged propellers and replace if necessary. Ensure flight is in a windless environment, especially for beginners.
- Camera not working/No FPV feed: Ensure your smartphone is connected to the drone's Wi-Fi network. Restart the app and the drone.
- Short flight time: Ensure batteries are fully charged. Flight time can vary based on flight style and environmental factors.
- Drone not taking off: Ensure batteries are charged and properly installed. Perform calibration. Check if propellers are spinning freely.
