5. Setup

Battery Installation:

The ThermoPro TP110 uses one CR2032 battery. If the battery is not pre-installed, follow these steps:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device.
2. Use a coin to twist the battery cover counter-clockwise to the "OPEN" position and remove it.
3. Insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
4. Replace the battery cover and twist it clockwise to the "LOCK" position.

6. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:

The device powers on automatically when the battery is inserted. To turn off the device, press and hold the °C/°F button for 3 seconds. To turn it back on, press any button.

Switching Temperature Units (°C/°F):

Press the °C/°F button on the back of the device to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Backlight Function:

Tap the light bulb icon on the front of the thermometer to activate the backlight. The backlight will automatically turn off after 10 seconds to conserve battery life.

Max/Min Temperature Records:

The thermometer automatically records the maximum and minimum temperatures reached over the past 24 hours. These values are displayed on the LCD screen alongside the current temperature.

To clear the Max/Min records, press the CLEAR button on the back of the device. The records will also reset automatically every 24 hours or when the device is powered off and on.
