Setup

Follow these steps to set up your UGREEN FineTrack Smart Finder with your iOS device:

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the device for 2 seconds to turn it on.
  2. Enable Bluetooth: On your iPhone or iPad, ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
  3. Open Find My App: Open the Apple "Find My" app on your iOS device.
  4. Add Item:
    • Navigate to the "Items" tab.
    • Tap the "+" icon.
    • Select "Add Other Item".
    • Place the Smart Finder near your iPhone and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device.
    • Assign a name to your Smart Finder.
  5. Existing Users: If you are an existing user, click the "+" icon on the right side of the "Items" page, select "Add Other Item", and the system will display the product pairing information.

Note: The product must be added within 5 minutes of powering on. If not added within this time, the product will automatically shut down. Restart the device and repeat the process if this occurs.
