  • High-Efficiency/Mute DC Water Pump: Features an upgraded sine wave motor with a sealed impeller and anti-corrosion ceramic shaft for quiet operation, energy efficiency, and extended lifespan. This 35W 24V DC pump delivers up to 1057 GPH (4000 L/H) flow with a 13.1 ft max lift height.
  • 3 Modes and 20 Speeds Adjustable: Offers three operation modes: constant flow, 10-minute feeding mode, and wave maker function. Water flow can be adjusted across 20 speeds, making it suitable for various tank sizes. The external controller ensures easy and dry adjustments.

4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Assembly

  1. Attach the fixed base and rubber feet to the bottom of the pump body.
  2. Select the appropriate water nozzle for your hose size and attach it to the outlet connector.
  3. Ensure the O-ring seals are correctly placed for a watertight connection.
  4. Connect the inlet connector and filter cover to the pump body.

4.2 Placement and Connection

The pump can be used in two configurations: submersible or inline (external).

  • Submersible Use: Place the pump entirely underwater in your aquarium, pond, or other water feature. Ensure the water level is sufficient to cover the pump.
  • Inline Use: Position the pump outside the water feature. Connect an inlet hose to draw water into the pump and an outlet hose to return water.

Connect the pump to the controller, and then plug the controller into a suitable power outlet. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on.

5. Operating Instructions

The external controller allows for easy adjustment of pump settings.

5.1 Power On/Off

  • Press and hold the 'F/⌀' button for 3 seconds to turn the pump on or off.

5.2 Mode Selection

The pump offers three operational modes:

  • Constant Flow Mode: The default mode. Displays "100" to "120".
  • Wave Maker Mode: Creates a wave effect. Displays "201" to "220".
  • 10-Minute Feeding Mode: Temporarily pauses the pump for feeding. Displays "FEd".

Press the 'MODE' button on the controller to switch between Constant Flow Mode and Wave Maker Mode. To activate the 10-minute feeding mode, press the 'F/⌀' button. The pump will pause for 10 minutes and then automatically resume its previous operation. You can manually cancel the feeding mode by pressing the 'F/⌀' button again.

5.3 Adjusting Water Flow Speed

The pump offers 20 adjustable speed levels. In Constant Flow Mode or Wave Maker Mode, use the '+' and '-' buttons on the controller to increase or decrease the water flow speed.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: The pump is designed for easy disassembly without tools, making cleaning simple. Regularly remove the filter cover and clean any debris from the impeller and pump housing.
  • Impeller Inspection: Periodically check the impeller for wear or damage. The ceramic shaft is designed for durability, but inspect it for any signs of corrosion or breakage.
  • Nozzle and Hose Check: Ensure all nozzles and hoses are free from blockages and securely connected.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your fishkeeper water pump, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Pump Not Running:
    • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet and the controller.
    • Ensure the pump is properly connected to the controller.
    • Verify that the power outlet is functional.
  • Weak Water Flow:
    • Check for blockages in the intake filter, impeller, or output nozzles. Clean as necessary.
    • Ensure the water level is adequate if used submersibly.
    • Adjust the flow speed using the '+' button on the controller.
  • Unusual Noise:
    • Inspect the impeller for any foreign objects or damage.
    • Ensure the pump is placed on a stable surface and not vibrating against other objects.
  • Water Leakage:
    • Check all connections, especially O-rings and hose fittings, for proper sealing.
