Operating Instructions

Creating delicious frozen drinks is simple with your FOHERE Slushie Machine:

Preparation:

• Ensure your liquid mixture has a sugar content of at least 5% to prevent freezing issues. For sugar-free options, use allulose.
• For alcoholic beverages, maintain an alcohol content between 2.8% and 16%. If the alcohol content is higher than 16%, mix it with another liquid like soda or juice.
• Always premix ingredients thoroughly before pouring into the vessel.
• Chilling your juice or drink mix beforehand can speed up the freezing process.

Making a Slushie:

1. Fill Vessel: Open the sliding top cover and pour your pre-mixed ingredients into the easy-fill vessel. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. The vessel has a 48oz liquid capacity within its 68oz total volume.
2. Select Program: Use the control panel to select one of the 5 preset modes:
   • Slush: For classic lemonade, soda, or fresh juice slushies.
   • Spiked Slush: For cocktails like frozen margaritas or daiquiris.
   • Chilled Juice: For a rich, tasty chilled juice treat.

4. Child Lock: During operation, the child lock automatically activates, preventing accidental button presses. To regain control, hold the lock button for 5 seconds.
5. Dispense: Once the drink is ready (the machine will signal), use the self-serve handle with the pour spout to dispense directly into your cup.
