5. Setup

5.1 Unpacking and Placement

  1. Carefully remove the unit from its packaging.
  2. Place the record player on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or vibrations.
  3. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

5.2 Power Connection

  1. Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 12V input on the rear of the unit.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

5.3 Initial Power On

Press the POWER button to turn on the unit. The display will illuminate.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Playing Vinyl Records

  1. Press the MODE button until "PHONO" or "VINYL" appears on the display.
  2. Place a record onto the platter. Ensure the record clamp is securely fastened to hold the record in place vertically.
  3. Select the appropriate speed (33, 45, or 78 RPM) using the speed selector switch on the side of the unit.
  4. Gently lift the tonearm using the cueing lever and position the stylus over the desired track on the record.
  5. Lower the tonearm slowly onto the record using the cueing lever. Playback will begin.
  6. To pause, lift the tonearm using the cueing lever. To stop, lift the tonearm, return it to its rest, and secure it.

6.2 Bluetooth Operation

The Fuse Wrap supports Bluetooth 5.0 for both input (receiving audio from a device) and output (sending audio to Bluetooth headphones/speakers).

6.2.1 Bluetooth Input (Receiving Audio)

  1. Press the MODE button until "BT IN" or "BLUETOOTH IN" appears on the display. The unit will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your external device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) and search for "Fuse Wrap".
  3. Select "Fuse Wrap" from the list of available devices to pair. Once connected, a solid Bluetooth icon will appear.
  4. You can now play audio from your device through the record player's speakers.

6.2.2 Bluetooth Output (Sending Audio)

  1. Ensure your Bluetooth headphones or speaker are in pairing mode.
  2. Press the MODE button until "BT OUT" or "BLUETOOTH OUT" appears on the display. The unit will search for nearby Bluetooth output devices.
  3. The record player will attempt to connect to the nearest available Bluetooth output device. Once connected, audio from vinyl or other inputs will be routed to the external Bluetooth device.

6.3 FM Radio Operation

  1. Press the MODE button until "FM" appears on the display.
  2. To auto-scan and save presets: Press and hold the TIME/SCAN button. The radio will scan for stations and save them automatically.
  3. To manually tune: Use the TUNE/< > buttons to adjust the frequency.
  4. To select a preset station: Use the PRESET+/PRESET- buttons.

6.4 AUX Input

  1. Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, CD player) to the AUX IN port on the rear of the unit using a 3.5mm audio cable.
  2. Press the MODE button until "AUX" appears on the display.
  3. Play audio from your connected device.

6.5 Alarm Clock Function

  1. Setting the Time: Press and hold the TIME/SCAN button. Use the TUNE/< > buttons to set the hour and minute, then press TIME/SCAN to confirm each setting.
  2. Setting the Alarm: Press and hold the ALARM button. Use the TUNE/< > buttons to set the alarm hour and minute, then press ALARM to confirm. You can also select the alarm source (e.g., FM radio, buzzer).
  3. Activating/Deactivating Alarm: Briefly press the ALARM button to toggle the alarm on or off. An alarm icon will appear on the display when active.
  4. Snooze: When the alarm sounds, press the MEM/SNOOZE button to activate snooze. The alarm will sound again after a set interval.
