Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to produce ice cubes with your Klarstein Arctic Porter Ice Cube Maker:
- Step 1: Fill with Water. Open the lid of the ice maker. Fill the water tank with clean, potable water up to the 'MAX' fill line. Do not overfill. Ensure the ice basket is in place.
- Step 2: Select Ice Cube Size. Plug the appliance into a grounded power outlet. The 'POWER' indicator light may flash. Press the 'SELECT' button to choose your desired ice cube size: 'S' for small or 'L' for large. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
- Step 3: Start Production. Press the 'ON/OFF' button to begin the ice production cycle. The 'POWER' indicator will light up steadily. The appliance will start making ice.
- Step 4: Monitor Status.
- If the 'ADD WATER' indicator lights up, it means the water tank is empty. Add more water and the ice production will resume automatically.
- If the 'ICE FULL' indicator lights up, the ice basket is full. Remove the ice cubes to allow production to continue.
- Step 5: Remove Ice Cubes. Once ice cubes are produced, use the provided ice scoop to remove them from the ice basket. If not removed, the ice will eventually melt and the water will return to the reservoir for future cycles.
- Step 6: Stop Operation. To stop ice production at any time, press the 'ON/OFF' button. Unplug the appliance when not in use.
