3. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps for proper assembly of your AECOJOY Gazebo. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly.

3.2. Pillar Installation

1. Connect the pillar sections using the provided screws. Do not fully tighten screws initially to allow for alignment.
2. Attach the base plates to the bottom of each pillar.

3.3. Beam Installation

1. Connect the beam sections, ensuring screw holes on both sides face the same direction.
2. Insert all screws before tightening them completely.

3.4. Beam-to-Column Connection

1. Connect the assembled beams to the top of the pillars.
2. Initially, refrain from tightening screws to allow for effective alignment.
3. Flip the assembly upside down for easier installation of certain components.

3.5. Ridge Beam and Panel Installation

1. Assemble the ridge beam components, ensuring all nuts are securely tightened.
2. Connect the narrower side of the panels to the pipe.
3. Ensure the two triangular parts face the same direction.
4. Remove any protective stickers from the panels during installation.
5. Install panels with the water leakage hole facing upward.

1. Install the front beam, completing the main structure of the gazebo.
