4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before using your Powerstation for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge it. Use the included USB-C cable to connect the Powerstation's USB-C port to a compatible USB-C wall adapter (not included).

4.2 LED Power Indicators

The LED indicator lights on the side of the Powerstation show the charging status and remaining battery level. Press the power button once to check the current battery level.

• Solid LEDs: Indicate remaining battery capacity.
• Flashing LEDs: Indicate the Powerstation is currently charging.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe Compatible & Qi2-Certified)

The Powerstation features a magnetic wireless charging surface. Simply align your MagSafe-compatible iPhone or Qi2-enabled device to the magnetic surface on the Powerstation. The magnets will snap into place, and charging will begin automatically.

5.2 Wired Charging (USB-C PD)

For fast wired charging, connect your device to the Powerstation's USB-C port using a compatible USB-C cable. The 30W USB-C Power Delivery (PD) output ensures rapid charging for phones, tablets, and other accessories.

5.3 Using the Integrated Kickstand

The Powerstation features a 180° rotating kickstand. Gently pull out the kickstand from the back of the Powerstation and adjust it to your desired angle for comfortable viewing in either portrait or landscape mode while your device charges.

5.4 Charging Multiple Devices

You can charge two devices simultaneously: one wirelessly via the magnetic surface and another via the USB-C port.

5.5 Battery Capacity

The 10,000mAh internal battery provides sufficient power for up to two full phone charges, depending on your device's battery capacity.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

6.2 Storage

Store the Powerstation in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.

6.3 Battery Care

To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the Powerstation frequently. Recharge it regularly, even if not in constant use.

7. Troubleshooting

• Powerstation not charging:
  Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the Powerstation and a working wall adapter. Try a different cable or adapter.
• Device not charging wirelessly:
  Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible or Qi2-enabled and properly aligned with the Powerstation's magnetic surface. Remove any thick cases that might interfere with wireless charging.
• Device not charging via USB-C:
  Check that the USB-C cable is firmly connected to both the Powerstation and your device. Try a different USB-C cable.
• Slow charging:
  Ensure you are using a compatible wall adapter for optimal charging speeds. For wired charging, ensure your cable supports fast charging. Wireless charging speeds can vary based on device and alignment.
• LED indicators not working:
  Press the power button once to activate the LED indicators. If they still do not light up, the Powerstation may be fully discharged or require service.
