4. Setup and Connection

1. Charge the Microphones and Receiver: Before first use, ensure both microphones and the Type-C receiver are fully charged using the provided charging case and cable. The charging case itself can be charged via its Type-C port.
2. Connect the Receiver: Insert the Type-C receiver directly into the Type-C port of your smartphone or compatible device. No additional apps or Bluetooth pairing are required.
3. Power On Microphones: Take the microphones out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with the receiver. A green indicator light on the microphone signifies successful connection.
4. Attach Microphones: Use the integrated clip or magnetic attachment to secure the microphones to your clothing. The 360-degree rotatable design allows for optimal positioning.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Noise Cancellation Modes

The Vlogmate One offers three distinct noise cancellation modes, indicated by the LED light on the microphone. Tap the microphone button to cycle through these modes:

• Blue Light: Noise Cancellation Off (Standard audio capture).
• Green Light: Standard Noise Cancellation (Filters common background noise).
• Yellow Light: AI-Enhanced Noise Cancellation (Advanced filtering for complex noise environments).
• Red Light: Mute (Microphone audio is temporarily disabled).

5.2. Recording

Once the receiver is connected and microphones are paired (green light), open your device's camera or recording application. The microphone system will automatically be detected as the audio input. Begin recording as usual.

5.3. Charging

Place the microphones back into the charging case to recharge them. The charging case itself can be recharged using the provided Type-C cable connected to a power source.

8.1. No Sound or Poor Audio Quality

• Ensure the receiver is fully inserted into your device's Type-C port.
• Verify that the microphones are powered on and successfully paired (green indicator light).
• Check the microphone's noise cancellation mode. If in AI-Enhanced mode, try switching to Standard or Off to see if it improves audio in quieter environments.
• Ensure the microphone is not muted (red indicator light).
• Confirm your recording application is set to use the external microphone.
• Check battery levels of both microphones and the receiver.

8.2. Connection Issues

• Ensure the receiver is securely connected to your device.
• Place the microphones back into the charging case and then take them out again to force a re-pairing.
• Ensure the distance between the microphones and receiver is within the 30-meter operating range.
• Avoid physical obstructions or strong electromagnetic interference that might disrupt the wireless signal.
