Operating Instructions

The DOMO DO9278C features an adjustable thermostat and indicator lights for easy operation.

2. Power On: Plug the appliance into a suitable electrical outlet. The "Power" indicator light (red) will illuminate.
3. Temperature Setting: Turn the adjustable thermostat knob to your desired temperature setting (Low, Medium, Max).
4. Preheating: Allow the appliance to preheat. The "Ready" indicator light (green) will illuminate when the appliance has reached the set temperature. This typically takes 3-5 minutes.
5. Cooking:

   • For Grilling (Paninis, etc.): Place your food (e.g., panini, vegetables, meat) onto the preheated grill plates. Close the lid. Cook for the desired time, checking periodically for doneness. The adjustable thermostat allows for precise control over grilling.

6. Removing Food: Use heat-resistant wooden or silicone utensils to remove food from the plates. Do not use metal utensils, as they can damage the non-stick coating.
