2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
- Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, or any other materials not specifically designed for oven use.
- Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
- Do not place ceramic, glass, or plastic utensils inside the oven. Only use metal and steel utensils.

3.2 Control Panel and Display
The appliance features a backlit LCD and intuitive button/knob controls for easy operation.
- Backlit Digital Display: Shows cooking time, temperature, and selected preset mode.
- Menu Button: Cycles through 9 preset menu functions and 5 heating functions.
- Convection Button: Activates or deactivates the convection heating function for even and fast cooking.
- Start/Stop Button: Initiates or pauses the cooking process.
- Adjustable Temperature Knob: Allows setting temperature from 100-250°C.

4. Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or labels.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and flat surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides). Do not place it near flammable materials.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (bake pan, grill rack, etc.) with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Initial Burn-off: To eliminate any manufacturing odors, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 200°C (400°F) on the "Bake" setting. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial use; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
The AGARO Imperial OTG offers various cooking functions to suit your needs.
5.1 General Operation
- Place food on the appropriate accessory (bake pan, grill rack) and insert into the oven.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Menu Button to select the desired cooking function (e.g., Toast, Bake, Grill, Rotisserie).
- Adjust the temperature using the Adjustable Temperature Knob.
- Set the cooking time using the Select Timer Knob.
- Press the Start/Stop Button to begin cooking.
- The oven will automatically turn off when the timer expires.
5.2 Preset Cooking Modes
The OTG features 9 preset menu functions for common dishes:
- Toast
- Bagel
- Pizza
- Bake
- Broil
- Cookies
- Roast
- Warm
- Defrost
To use a preset mode, simply turn the Menu Button until the desired preset appears on the display. The oven will suggest a default temperature and time, which can be adjusted manually if needed.

5.3 Convection Function
The convection heating function circulates hot air inside the oven, ensuring more even and faster cooking. This is ideal for baking and roasting.
- To activate, press the Convection Button. The convection fan icon will appear on the display.
- To deactivate, press the Convection Button again.

5.4 Motorized Rotisserie
The motorized rotisserie is perfect for spit-roasting meat or vegetables, ensuring even browning and juicy results.
- Secure the food (e.g., whole chicken) onto the Rotisserie Rod using the forks.
- Insert the Rotisserie Rod into the designated slots inside the oven.
- Select the "Roast" or "Rotisserie" function using the Menu Button.
- Adjust temperature and time as needed.
- Press Start/Stop Button. The rotisserie will begin to rotate.
- Use the Rotisserie Handle to safely remove the hot rod and food after cooking.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning will help maintain the performance and longevity of your AGARO Imperial OTG.
- Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Interior Cleaning: Wipe the interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner can be used. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the non-stick coating.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the oven in water.
- Accessories: Wash the bake pan, grill rack, drip tray, rotisserie rod, and forks in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or re-using. These accessories are generally dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for longevity.
- Crumb Tray: The drip tray (which also functions as a crumb tray) should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards.
7. Troubleshooting
