  1. Ensure the clean water tank is filled and the dirty water tank is empty.
  2. Tilt the vacuum cleaner back to engage the roller brush and start cleaning.
  3. Move the vacuum slowly over the floor surface. For wet messes, move slowly to allow the vacuum to effectively pick up liquid.
  4. The 5mm edge cleaning feature allows for thorough cleaning along baseboards and furniture.

5.4 Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

It is crucial to empty the dirty water tank after each use to prevent odors and maintain hygiene.

  1. Turn off the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Remove the dirty water tank from the main unit.
  3. Open the tank and carefully pour out the dirty water.
  4. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry before reinserting.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Redkey W15 Pro.

6.1 Self-Cleaning Function

The Redkey W15 Pro features a self-cleaning cycle for the roller brush and internal pathways.

  1. Ensure the clean water tank has sufficient water and the dirty water tank is empty.
  2. Place the vacuum cleaner on its charging dock.
  3. Press the dedicated Self-Clean button (refer to your device's specific button layout). The vacuum will initiate a cleaning cycle.
  4. Once the cycle is complete, empty and clean the dirty water tank.

6.2 Cleaning the Roller Brush

  1. Turn off the vacuum and remove it from the charging dock.
  2. Locate the roller brush cover on the vacuum head and open it.
  3. Remove the roller brush. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any hair or debris tangled around it.
  4. Rinse the roller brush under running water. Allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.

6.3 Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly, ideally after every few uses, and replaced every 3-6 months depending on usage.

  1. Remove the dirty water tank. The HEPA filter is typically located within or near the dirty water tank assembly.
  2. Carefully remove the HEPA filter.
  3. Tap the filter gently over a waste bin to remove loose dust. You may rinse it under running water, but ensure it is completely dry before reinserting to prevent mold growth and damage to the vacuum.
  4. Reinsert the dry filter and the dirty water tank.

6.4 Storage

Store the Redkey W15 Pro in a cool, dry place. Ensure both water tanks are empty and clean, and the roller brush and filter are dry before storing for extended periods.
