3. Setup

3.1 Setting Current Time and Day

1. Plug the timer into a standard 3-prong wall outlet.
2. Rotate the mode dial to the SET CLOCK position.
3. Press the DAY button repeatedly to set the current day of the week.
4. Use the + and - buttons to set the current hour and minute. Hold the buttons for faster adjustment.
5. Once the time and day are set, rotate the mode dial to AUTO to save settings and return to automatic operation.

3.2 Setting Daylight Saving Time (DST)

• In AUTO mode, press the DST button once to activate Daylight Saving Time (advance 1 hour). The DST indicator will appear on the screen.
• Press the DST button again to deactivate (revert 1 hour). The DST indicator will disappear.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Programming ON/OFF Cycles (P1-P6)

The timer allows for up to 6 distinct ON/OFF programs. Each program can be set for specific days of the week.

1. Rotate the mode dial to the 1-6 PROG position. The display will show 'P1 ON'.
2. Press the DAY button to select the desired day(s) for Program 1 ON time. Options include individual days, weekdays, weekends, or all days.
3. Use the + and - buttons to set the ON hour and minute for Program 1.
4. Press the OK button to confirm and proceed to 'P1 OFF'.
5. Repeat steps 2-3 to set the OFF time for Program 1.
6. Press the OK button to confirm and move to 'P2 ON'. Repeat the process for up to 6 programs.
7. After setting all desired programs, rotate the mode dial to AUTO to activate the schedules.

4.2 Using Countdown Function

1. Rotate the mode dial to the COUNT DOWN position.
2. Use the + and - buttons to set the desired countdown duration (hours and minutes).
3. Press the OK button to start the countdown. The connected device will turn ON for the set duration and then turn OFF.

4.3 Manual ON/OFF Control

1. Rotate the mode dial to the MANUAL position.
2. Press the OK button to cycle through Manual ON, Manual OFF, and Auto modes.

4.4 Random Function (RND)

The Random function can be activated in AUTO mode to randomly turn your lights ON/OFF within a set time frame, providing a security deterrent when you are away.

1. Ensure the timer is in AUTO mode.
2. Press the RND button once to activate the Random function. The RND indicator will appear on the screen.
3. Press the RND button again to deactivate.
