  • Always store firearms unloaded and separate from ammunition.

5. Assembly Instructions

The Omethey 15-20 Gun Safe is shipped unassembled. Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. An electric drill is recommended to expedite the process.

  1. Left Plate Installation: Attach the left side panel to the back panel using the provided screws.
  2. Right Plate Installation: Attach the right side panel to the back panel using the provided screws.
  3. Door Installation: Carefully attach the door assembly to the side panels, ensuring the hinges are correctly aligned and secured.
  4. Top Plate Installation: Secure the top panel to the assembled side and back panels.
  5. Bottom Plate and Ammo Box Installation: Install the bottom plate. If applicable, integrate the ammo box or base storage component.
  6. Mount the Cabinet: Once assembled, position the safe in its desired location. Use the expansion screws to bolt the safe to the floor or wall through the pre-drilled holes for enhanced security.
  7. Shelf and Gun Support Installation: Install the removable and adjustable shelves as desired. Attach the magnetic gun supports to accommodate your firearms.

6. Setup

6.1 Initial Power-Up and Battery Installation

The safe requires batteries for the electronic lock. Install 4 AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the inside of the door. Ensure correct polarity.

6.2 Setting a User Password

To set your personal password (3-12 digits):

  1. With the door open, press the internal reset button.
  2. Enter your desired 3-12 digit password on the keypad.
  3. Press the '#' key to confirm. The safe will emit a confirmation tone.

6.3 Registering Fingerprints

The safe can store up to 20 unique fingerprints:

  1. With the door open, press the internal reset button.
  2. Place your finger on the fingerprint scanner. The indicator light will flash.
  3. Lift and place your finger repeatedly (typically 5-8 times) at different angles until the safe confirms successful registration with a tone.
  4. Repeat for additional fingerprints.

7. Operating Instructions

7.1 Unlocking Methods

Your Omethey safe offers four primary ways to unlock:

  • Fingerprint + Knob (Daily Use): Place your registered finger on the scanner, then turn the knob to open.
  • Password + Knob (Daily Use): Enter your 3-12 digit password, then turn the knob to open.
  • Key + Knob (Emergency/Forget Password): Insert the emergency key into the hidden keyhole, turn it, then turn the knob to open.
  • USB Type-C Cable + Password/Fingerprint + Knob (Battery Depleted): If batteries are dead, connect a USB Type-C cable to an external power source, then use either fingerprint or password to unlock, and turn the knob.

7.2 Dual Alarm System and Silent Mode

The safe is equipped with advanced security features:

  • Vibration Alarm: Triggered if the safe is shaken or moved forcefully.
  • Input Error Alarm: Activates after 3 consecutive incorrect password or fingerprint attempts.
  • Silent Mode: To activate silent mode, press '#' to wake up the keypad, then press '1' twice. This disables keypad tones for discreet operation.

7.3 Magnetic Induction Light

The included magnetic induction light provides illumination inside the safe, making it easier to access contents in low-light conditions. Attach it to any magnetic surface inside the safe.

8. Maintenance

  • Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the keypad. Use 4 new AA alkaline batteries.
  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior and interior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Regular Checks: Periodically check the mounting bolts for tightness and ensure the door mechanism operates smoothly.

9. Troubleshooting
