1.3 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the side button until the HONOR logo appears.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the side button, then select "Power Off" on the screen.

1.4 Pairing with a Smartphone

To unlock the full functionality of your smartwatch, pair it with your smartphone via Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

1. Download and install the official HONOR Health app (or equivalent) from your smartphone's app store.
2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
3. In the app, select "Add Device" and choose your HONOR Choice Watch from the list of available devices.
4. Confirm the pairing request on both your smartphone and the watch.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Basic Navigation

• Touch Screen: Swipe left/right, up/down to navigate through menus and widgets. Tap to select an item.
• Side Button/Crown: Press to return to the home screen or access the app list. Rotate (if applicable) to scroll through lists.

2.2 Health Monitoring

2.3 Notifications and Calls

Once paired, the watch can receive notifications from your smartphone. You can manage which app notifications appear on your watch through the companion app.

• View Notifications: Swipe down from the watch face to view recent notifications.
• Incoming Calls: The watch will display incoming call alerts. You can accept or reject calls directly from the watch.

2.4 Watch Faces

Customize your watch face by pressing and holding the current watch face, then swiping left or right to select a new one. More watch faces are available through the companion app.

3. Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean your watch and strap to prevent skin irritation and maintain performance.
