This system is designed to provide a convenient and efficient solution for installing a bathroom in locations without traditional gravity drainage, such as basements, attics, or garages. Featuring an 800W high-power macerator pump, this two-piece toilet system can handle waste from a toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine, pumping it vertically up to 36 feet and horizontally up to 360 feet. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation to ensure proper function and longevity of your product.

2. Safety Information

Always disconnect power before performing any maintenance or service.
Ensure all electrical connections comply with local codes and regulations.

4. Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your macerating toilet system. Refer to the detailed video tutorials provided for visual guidance.

4.1. Toilet Assembly and Mounting

Check Components: Verify all parts are present and undamaged (refer to Section 3).
Position Toilet: Place the toilet in the desired installation location and mark the mounting holes on the floor.
Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked positions and insert the expansion bolts.
Align Toilet: Align the toilet with the drilled holes.
Secure Toilet Base: Keep the anchor bolts in place and tighten them to secure the toilet to the floor. Cover with protective caps.
Install Water Tank Rubber Ring: Fix the rubber ring in the discharging tube of the water tank.
Insert Water Tank Screws: Put the screws through the bottom holes of the water tank.
Attach Water Tank: Place the water tank onto the toilet bowl and tighten the screws from underneath.
Install Flush Button: Install the flush button mechanism into the water tank.
Connect Valve: Connect the valve chain to the flush button lever. Place the water tank lid.
Install Toilet Seat Expansion Bolts: Put the expansion bolts into the seat holes on the toilet bowl.
Attach Toilet Seat Holders: Stick the holders into the expansion bolts and align the pins with the sockets of the seat.
Secure Toilet Seat Holders: Fix the screws in the holders and cover the protective shelters.
Install Toilet Seat: Direct the seat to the pins and insert it until it clicks into place.

4.2. Macerator Pump Connections

Exhaust Vent: Open the cover of the exhaust vent on the pump, insert the activated carbon bag, and close it tightly.
Outlet Connection: Secure the check valve and elbow jointed fitting at the pump's outlet using hose clamps. The one-way valve elbow can rotate 360° for flexible installation. Recommended drainage pipe diameter is 1-1/4 inches. Ensure the distance between the top row and any horizontal pipes below it is no more than 12 inches.
Side Inlets: The pump features 4 universal ports for connecting additional fixtures like showers, washbasins, or washing machines.
Connecting Additional Fixtures: If connecting a shower, washbasin, or other equipment, remove the cap at the side inlet by pushing downwards in the direction of the arrow. Cut open the hose using a blade, then connect a 1-1/2 inch inlet pipe and secure both ends of the hose tightly with two clamps. Install the 1-1/2 inch PVC inlet pipe with a slope of 1°-3°.
Toilet Connection: Connect the rubber hose from the toilet drain to the macerator pump and secure it firmly with a clamp. If the pump needs to be installed on the other side of a wall, an extension pipe will be required (purchased separately).
Unused Inlets: If an inlet is not used, ensure it is securely plugged with the provided cover and clamped to prevent leaks.

5. Operating Instructions

The HOCANFLO 800PRO Macerating Toilet System operates automatically once properly installed and connected to power.

Automatic Activation: When flushing the toilet or when water from connected fixtures (sink, shower, washing machine) reaches the pump's sensor, the macerator pump activates automatically.
Maceration Process: The high-torque 800W motor and stainless steel blades pulverize waste efficiently.
Discharging: The macerated waste is then pumped through the discharge pipe to the main sewer line.
Standby Mode: After the discharge process is complete, the macerator returns to standby mode.
