  1. Attach the TV Brackets to Your TV:
    • For flat screen TVs, secure the TV brackets to the back of your TV using the appropriate screws and washers.
    • For curved TVs, use the provided spacers along with the screws and washers to ensure a secure fit.
  2. Assemble the Base: Connect the base components using the provided screws and Allen key. Ensure all connections are tight.
  3. Attach the Casters to the Base: Screw the four 360-degree locking casters into the designated holes on the base. Use the provided wrench to tighten them securely.
  4. Insert the Bottom Poles: Slide the bottom sections of the vertical poles into the base and secure them with the provided screws.
  5. Connect the Poles: Join the top, middle, and bottom pole sections using the connectors. Tighten with the Allen key. Ensure the poles are aligned and securely fastened.
  6. Attach the TV Plate: Secure the TV plate to the top section of the vertical poles using the provided hardware.
  7. Hook the TV Brackets onto the TV Plate: Carefully lift your TV and hook the attached TV brackets onto the TV plate. Ensure the TV is securely seated. If HDMI ports are blocked, adjust the hook height on the TV brackets.
  8. Cable Management Options: Utilize the integrated cable management system. You can either route cables through the internal conduit of the poles or use the external clips to keep wires organized and reduce clutter. If a plug is too large for the conduit, use the clips.

Note on Leveling:

If the TV cart is not level after assembly, adjust the caster height by turning the bottom nuts on each caster. Once level, tighten the top nuts to lock them in place.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

The BONTEC Rolling TV Stand offers 5 height levels for the TV mounting plate, allowing for a total adjustable height range of approximately 48.8 to 57.1 inches. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
  • Caster Care: Keep casters free of debris to ensure smooth movement.

Troubleshooting

Stand is not level

If the TV stand appears uneven, adjust the height of individual casters. Loosen the top nut on the caster, turn the bottom nut to raise or lower the caster, and then re-tighten the top nut to lock it in place.

Cables do not fit through conduit

If a cable plug is too large to pass through the internal cable conduit, utilize the external cable management clips provided to secure the cables neatly along the outside of the poles.

TV feels unstable

Ensure all assembly screws are tightened securely. Verify that the TV brackets are correctly hooked onto the TV plate and that the safety screws are engaged. Always lock the casters when the stand is stationary.
