2. Safety Information

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the glass jar, lid, and measuring cup in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
- Placement: Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Assemble Jar: Ensure the blade assembly is securely attached to the bottom of the glass jar. Place the glass jar onto the motor base, aligning it correctly.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cable into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V~, 50-60Hz).
5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut ingredients into small pieces (approximately 2-3 cm) for optimal blending. Do not overfill the jar beyond the 1.75L maximum mark.
- Add Ingredients: Place ingredients into the glass jar. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, followed by harder ingredients and ice.
- Secure Lid: Place the lid onto the glass jar and ensure it is securely twisted and locked into place. The blender will not operate if the lid is not properly secured due to the safety interlocking mechanism. Insert the measuring cup into the lid opening.
- Select Speed: Turn the control dial to select one of the 5 available speed settings (1-5) or the 'P' (Pulse) function.
- Start Blending: The blender will start operating at the selected speed. For the Pulse function, turn the dial to 'P' and hold; release to stop. This is ideal for chopping or short bursts of power.
- Stop Blending: Turn the control dial back to '0' to stop the blender.
- Remove Jar: Once blending is complete, unplug the blender, then carefully remove the lid and lift the glass jar from the motor base.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your blender.
6.1 Self-Cleaning Function
The blender features a convenient self-cleaning design:
- After use, add approximately 700ml of warm water and a few drops of dish soap to the glass jar.
- Secure the lid.
- Turn the control dial to a medium speed (e.g., 3 or 4) and let it run for 30-60 seconds. The swirling motion will clean the inner surface and blades.
- Empty the jar and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

6.2 Manual Cleaning
- Glass Jar and Lid: These parts are dishwasher safe or can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. The blades are detachable for more thorough cleaning if needed. Handle blades with extreme care as they are sharp.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse it in water.
- Storage: Store the blender in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
