  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the cooktop and all packaging materials. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the induction cooktop on a dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not place it near heat sources or on metal surfaces.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Compatible Cookware

Induction cooktops require cookware made of ferromagnetic materials. To test if your cookware is compatible, hold a magnet to the bottom of the pot or pan. If the magnet sticks, the cookware is suitable for induction cooking.

5.3 Basic Operation

  1. Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button to turn the cooktop on or off.
  2. Function Selection: After turning on, place compatible cookware on the cooking zone. Press the Function button to cycle between Power (W) and Temperature (°F) modes.
  3. Adjusting Levels: Use the Up (+) and Down (-) buttons to adjust the power level (90W-1800W) or temperature (120°F-465°F).
  4. Timer Setting: Press the Timer button, then use the Up (+) and Down (-) buttons to set the desired cooking time (1-239 minutes). The cooktop will automatically shut off when the timer expires.
  5. Child Lock: Press and hold the Lock button for a few seconds to activate or deactivate the child lock. This prevents accidental changes to settings.
