4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Batteries

  1. Insert the rechargeable batteries into the provided 2-slot charging station.
  2. Connect the charging station to a power source using the supplied USB-C cable.
  3. The indicator lights on the charging station will show the charging status. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

4.2. Headset Assembly

  1. Attach the mic windshield to the microphone boom for reduced plosives and wind noise.
  2. If desired, replace the existing ear cushions with the one-ear foam cushions for alternative comfort.
  3. Insert a charged battery into the designated battery compartment on the headset.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Powering On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the power button until the indicator light illuminates.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button until the indicator light turns off.

5.2. Pairing Headsets

The SYNCO EasyGo software facilitates one-click pairing. Refer to the software's instructions for detailed pairing procedures. Ensure all headsets are within range during the pairing process.

5.3. Volume Adjustment

Use the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons located on the headset to adjust the listening volume.

5.4. Noise Cancellation

Activate the noise reduction feature with a single click of the dedicated noise cancellation button for clearer communication in noisy environments.

5.5. Boost Mode

Engage Boost Mode to enhance signal strength, particularly useful in areas with potential signal interference or at the edge of the communication range.

5.6. Master Selection (MasterFree Algorithm)

The MasterFree Algorithm allows any headset in the system to function as the master unit. This provides flexibility in group configurations (2-13 people) and ensures continuous operation even if a designated master unit is removed or loses power.

5.7. Real-Time Monitoring

Connect an external audio device (e.g., headphones) to the 3.5mm monitoring jack to simultaneously monitor communication audio and device audio. This is beneficial for directors or field controllers.
