Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your ALFORDSON Keldon Mesh Office Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

  1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes on the star base until they click into place.
  2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
  3. Assemble Seat and Backrest: Attach the backrest to the seat mechanism using the provided screws. Ensure proper alignment.
  4. Attach Armrests: Secure the armrests to the seat base using the designated screws.

Operating Instructions

Your ALFORDSON Keldon chair offers several adjustments to customize your seating experience:

  • Height Adjustment: Locate the lever under the right side of the seat. Pull the lever upwards to raise the seat. To lower, remain seated and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever to lock the height.
  • Tilt Adjustment: The same lever used for height adjustment also controls the tilt. Pull the lever outwards to enable tilting. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.
  • Lumbar Support Adjustment: The chair features adjustable lumbar support. Gently push or pull the lumbar support pad on the backrest to find your preferred position.
  • Flip-Up Armrests: The armrests can be flipped up to allow the chair to be stored under a desk or to provide more space. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position. Push them down to return to the horizontal position.
  • 360° Swivel: The chair is designed to swivel 360 degrees for easy movement and access.
