Operating Instructions

Starting a Workout
- Sit on the saddle and place your feet securely in the toe clips of the pedals.
- Begin pedaling at a comfortable pace. The LCD monitor will automatically activate and display your workout data.
- Adjust the resistance level using the knob located on the main frame to increase or decrease workout intensity. Turn clockwise to increase resistance, counter-clockwise to decrease.
Using the LCD Monitor
The LCD monitor displays various workout metrics to help you track your progress:
- Time: Duration of your workout.
- Speed: Current pedaling speed.
- Distance: Total distance covered during the workout.
- Calories: Estimated calories burned.
- Odometer: Total accumulated distance.

- Scan: Cycles through all metrics automatically.
