Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Weather Conditions: For optimal performance and safety, do not use this canopy in conditions of strong breeze, continuous light rain, heavy rain, or any other extreme weather scenarios. Unexpected weather changes can compromise stability.
- Anchoring: Always anchor the canopy securely to the ground when in use. Utilize the provided sandbags, stakes, and ropes to prevent movement or collapse due to wind.
- Disassembly: When disassembling the canopy tent, start by separating the hook and loop fasteners that secure the canopy fabric to the frame. Follow the reverse steps of assembly carefully.
- Supervision: Do not leave the canopy unattended, especially in changing weather conditions.
- Clearance: Ensure adequate clearance from heat sources, open flames, and sharp objects.

Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. It is recommended that two people perform the setup.

- Attach the Canopy Fabric: Drape the canopy fabric over the partially expanded frame. Ensure the vented top is correctly oriented. Secure the canopy fabric to the frame using the hook and loop fasteners located on the underside of the canopy.
- Fully Expand the Frame: Continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully expanded. The frame will click into place.
- Extend Legs and Lock: Press the red thumb button on each leg to extend it to your desired height. There are three adjustable height settings. Ensure each leg clicks securely into position.
- Secure the Canopy:
- Sandbags: Fill the four provided sandbags with sand or other heavy material. Attach one sandbag to each leg of the canopy using the integrated straps.

Operating Instructions
Once assembled, your canopy tent is ready for use. Consider the following operational aspects:
- Height Adjustment: The canopy offers three adjustable height settings. To change the height, press the red thumb button on each leg and carefully slide the leg to the desired position until it locks. Ensure all four legs are set to the same height for stability.
- Ventilation: The canopy features two vents at the top designed to maintain air circulation and reduce wind pressure, enhancing stability and comfort.
- UV Protection: The canopy fabric is made from silver-coated oxford cloth with UPF 50+ UV protection, providing a shaded area and reducing sun exposure.
- Water Resistance: The canopy fabric is waterproof, offering protection from light rain. However, as noted in the safety section, avoid use during heavy rain. Grommet holes are present to prevent water accumulation.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your canopy tent.
- Cleaning Fabric: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Use a soft brush or cloth to gently remove dirt and stains. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners as these can damage the fabric and its protective coating. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before folding or storing.
- Frame Care: Periodically inspect the powder-coated steel frame for any signs of damage, rust, or loose connections. Clean any dirt or debris from the frame. If the frame gets wet, wipe it dry immediately to prevent corrosion.
- Fasteners and Accessories: Check hook and loop fasteners, ropes, and stakes for wear and tear. Replace any damaged components to ensure continued stability and safety.
Storage
Correct storage is crucial for preserving your canopy tent.
- Disassembly: Reverse the setup steps to carefully disassemble the canopy. Ensure all components are detached and folded correctly.
- Drying: Ensure the canopy fabric and frame are completely dry before storage to prevent mold, mildew, and rust.
- Packing: Fold the canopy fabric neatly and collapse the steel frame. Place both into the included wheeled carry bag. The bag is designed for easy transport and storage, measuring approximately 10″ L × 8″ W × 45.3″ H when packed.
- Location: Store the packed canopy in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for solutions to common issues.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Canopy frame not expanding easily. | Locking mechanisms engaged; frame joints stiff. | Ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged. Gently pull opposite corners of the frame. If joints are stiff, apply a silicone-based lubricant. |
| Canopy feels unstable or wobbly. | Legs not fully extended/locked; insufficient anchoring. | Verify all legs are fully extended and securely locked at the same height. Ensure sandbags are filled and properly attached, and all stakes/ropes are securely anchored to the ground. |
| Water pooling on the canopy top. | Canopy not taut; heavy rainfall exceeding design. | Ensure the canopy fabric is pulled taut and securely fastened to the frame. The canopy has grommet holes to prevent pooling; ensure these are not obstructed. Avoid use in heavy rain. |
| Difficulty fitting canopy into carry bag. | Improper folding of fabric or frame. | Ensure the canopy fabric is folded as compactly as possible. Collapse the frame completely and align all parts before attempting to place it in the bag. |
