4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Initial Start-up
After plugging in the appliance, allow it to run for at least 2-3 hours before placing food inside. This ensures the internal temperature has stabilized.
4.2 Temperature Control
The temperature is controlled by a thermostat dial, usually located inside the freezer compartment or on the exterior. Turn the dial to adjust the freezing intensity. Higher numbers typically indicate colder temperatures.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Clean the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that could damage the surfaces.
5.2 Defrosting (Low Frost)
While the Low Frost technology significantly reduces ice build-up, occasional defrosting will still be necessary. When the ice layer reaches about 3-5 mm thickness, unplug the freezer, remove all food, and allow the ice to melt naturally. Use a soft cloth to wipe away melted water. Never use sharp objects to remove ice.
5.3 Power Outage
In case of a power outage, keep the freezer door closed to maintain the internal temperature for as long as possible. The appliance has an autonomy of 12 hours without power, helping to keep food frozen.
6. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer service, please check the following common issues:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Freezer not operating | No power, plug not inserted correctly, fuse blown. | Check power supply, ensure plug is secure, check household fuse/circuit breaker. |
| Temperature not cold enough | Door not closed properly, excessive door opening, thermostat set too high, too much food loaded. | Ensure door is sealed, reduce frequency of door opening, adjust thermostat to a colder setting, allow time for temperature to stabilize after loading. |
| Excessive noise | Appliance not level, touching a wall or other object. | Adjust leveling feet, ensure adequate clearance around the freezer. |
| Water on floor | Drain hole blocked, defrost water overflowing. | Clear the drain hole, ensure the defrost water tray is correctly positioned. |
