3. Setup and Assembly Instructions

All parts of the Devoko fixed-roof gazebo are provided with numbered labels and step-by-step instructions. Pre-drilled holes and installation instructions ensure clear and easy assembly.

3.1. Frame Assembly

  1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Identify each part using the provided labels and the parts list.
  2. Begin by assembling the main support posts. The thickened posts and reinforced triangular frame are made of powder-coated, rust-resistant aluminum.
  3. Connect the horizontal beams to the top of the posts to form the main roof structure. The double-beam roof structure provides additional stability and wind protection.
  4. Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened securely, but do not overtighten until the entire frame is assembled and aligned.

3.2. Canopy and Curtain Installation

  1. Carefully unfold the main canopy fabric. The roof is made of 100% waterproof, UV-resistant, and tear-resistant polyester fabric.
  2. Attach the canopy to the roof frame according to the instructions, ensuring it is taut and evenly distributed.
  3. Install the side curtains. The flexible curtain design can be easily attached and removed.
  4. Secure the gazebo to the ground using appropriate anchors (not always included, consider local conditions).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Drainage System

The roof's inclination angle, professional drainage design, and waterproof roof material allow rainwater to flow towards the edges of the frame, preventing rainwater from penetrating inside the gazebo. This design ensures efficient water runoff.

4.2. Curtain Usage

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your Devoko Gazebo.

  • Cleaning the Fabric: The canopy and curtains are made of 100% washable polyester fabric. They can be easily removed and wiped with a damp cloth to keep them clean. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry completely before reattaching or storing.
  • Frame Care: The aluminum frame is powder-coated and resistant to rust. Clean the frame periodically with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
  • Winter Storage: For prolonged durability, especially in regions with harsh winters, it is recommended to disassemble and store the fabric components (canopy and curtains) indoors during the off-season.
  • Inspection: Regularly check all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary. Inspect the fabric for any tears or damage and repair promptly to prevent further deterioration.

6. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your gazebo.

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Gazebo feels unstable or wobbly.Loose connections; improper anchoring; uneven ground.Check and tighten all bolts and screws. Ensure the gazebo is securely anchored to the ground. Relocate to a level surface if possible.
Water pooling on the roof.Canopy not taut enough; debris on roof; extreme rainfall.Ensure the canopy is stretched tightly across the frame. Clear any leaves or debris from the roof. The design is for efficient drainage, but extreme conditions may overwhelm it.
Curtains do not slide smoothly.Dirt or debris in tracks; damaged runners.Clean the curtain tracks. Inspect the curtain runners for damage and replace if necessary.
Fabric tearing or fading.Wear and tear; prolonged exposure to harsh elements; improper storage.Repair small tears with a fabric repair kit. Consider replacing the canopy or curtains if damage is extensive. Store fabric indoors during off-season to prevent fading.
