1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the safe and effective use of your GarveeHome Electric Blanket King. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. This electric blanket is ETL certified and incorporates advanced safety features.

• Overheat Protection: Equipped with intelligent NTC&PTC heating wires that continuously monitor and regulate temperature in real-time to prevent overheating.
• Auto-Off Timer: Features a 10-hour auto-off setting for energy conservation and safety.
• Always ensure the blanket is laid flat and not bunched or folded when in use to prevent heat concentration.
• Do not use with infants, incapacitated persons, or persons insensitive to heat.
• Do not use with pets.
• Do not dry clean.

3. Product Features

• Premium Material: Crafted with thickened 320 GSM faux rabbit fur on one side and 220 GSM sherpa on the other for softness and comfort.
• Enhanced Heating System: Extended heating wires provide a larger heating area, delivering comfortable warmth within 20 minutes.
• 4 Heating Levels: Adjustable heat settings to customize your warmth preference. Maximum temperature reaches 122°F.
• Dual Control: King size blankets feature dual controls, allowing two users to independently adjust temperature settings for their respective sides.
• 10-Hour Auto-Off: Automatic shut-off feature for safety and energy efficiency.
• Detachable Controller: The heating controller can be removed, allowing the blanket to be used as a regular blanket and for machine washing.

4. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack the electric blanket and lay it flat on your bed or desired surface.
2. Locate the connector port(s) on the blanket. For King size, there are two ports.
3. Connect the controller(s) to the blanket's connector port(s) firmly. Ensure a secure connection.
4. Plug the power cord(s) from the controller(s) into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
5. Ensure the power cord is not pinched or trapped between the bed frame and mattress, or against walls.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press the power button on the controller to turn on the blanket. The indicator light(s) will illuminate.
2. Adjust Heat Level: Press the heat setting button (often the same as the power button, or a separate button) to cycle through the 4 available heat levels. The indicator lights will show the selected level.
3. Dual Control (King Size): If your blanket has dual controls, each controller operates its respective side of the blanket independently.
4. Auto-Off: The blanket is designed to automatically shut off after 10 hours of continuous use. To restart, simply press the power button again.
5. Power Off: Press and hold the power button until the indicator lights turn off, or unplug the blanket from the wall outlet.

6. Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your electric blanket.

Washing Instructions:

1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug the power cord(s) from the wall outlet and detach the controller(s) from the blanket before washing.
2. Machine Wash: Machine wash the blanket in cold water on a gentle cycle.
3. Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Do not use bleach.
4. Drying: After washing, gently stretch the blanket back to its original size. Line dry or tumble dry on a low heat setting. Do not tumble dry on high heat.
5. Do Not Iron: Do not iron the electric blanket.

7. Troubleshooting

If your electric blanket is not functioning as expected, please check the following:

• No Power: Ensure the power cord(s) are securely plugged into both the blanket and a working electrical outlet.
• Controller Not Responding: Disconnect and reconnect the controller(s) to the blanket and the power outlet.
• Uneven Heating: Ensure the blanket is laid flat and not bunched or folded.
• Automatic Shut-off: If the blanket turned off unexpectedly, it might be due to the 10-hour auto-off timer. Simply restart it by pressing the power button.
