1. Introduction

The 4DRC VITA-50 is a versatile remote control aircraft designed for both beginners and experienced users. Constructed from durable EPP foam, it features four enclosed propellers for enhanced safety and resilience. 3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

1. Drone Battery: Insert a charged 3.7V modular battery into the designated slot on the underside of the drone. Push it firmly until it clicks into place.
2. Remote Control Batteries: Using the provided screwdriver, open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Insert 3 x AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment and secure with the screw.

3.2 Charging the Drone Battery

Connect the provided USB charging cable to the modular battery. Plug the USB end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The indicator light on the cable will show charging status. Once fully charged, disconnect the battery.

3.3 Pairing the Remote Control

1. Place the drone on a flat, horizontal surface.
2. Press and hold the power button on the drone until its LED lights begin to flash.
3. Press and hold the power button on the remote control until its indicator light turns solid red.
4. The drone's LED lights will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Flight Controls

• One-Key Takeoff/Landing: Press the designated button on the remote for automatic takeoff or landing.
• Throttle (Up/Down): Use the left joystick (or equivalent button) to control altitude.
• Directional Control (Forward/Backward/Left/Right): Use the right joystick (or equivalent buttons) to control horizontal movement.

4.2 Advanced Flight Modes

• 3-Speed Modes: The drone offers slow, medium, and fast speed settings. Select the desired speed using the speed mode button on the remote.
• Headless Mode: Activate headless mode to simplify control, as the drone will orient itself relative to the remote control, regardless of its actual front direction.
• 360° Flip: Press the 360° flip button and then move the right joystick in any direction to perform an aerial flip.
• Circling Stunt: Use the designated button to make the drone perform a circular flight pattern.
• Throw Flight Mode: With the drone powered on and paired, gently toss it into the air, and it will automatically begin to fly.

• Cleaning: Wipe the drone with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents.
• Propeller Replacement: If propellers become damaged, use the provided screwdriver to replace them with the spare fan blades. Ensure correct orientation.
• Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge. Remove batteries from the drone and remote if not in use for extended periods.

• Drone does not respond: Ensure both the drone and remote control are powered on and properly paired. Check battery levels in both devices.
• Drone drifts during flight: The drone may require calibration. While the provided manual's calibration instructions may not match your remote, attempt to find trim buttons (often small directional buttons around the joysticks) on your remote to adjust for drift.
