Setup

1. Connecting the Keyboard

Connect the MCHOSE Jet 75 keyboard to your computer using the provided USB-C cable. The keyboard is plug-and-play, but for full functionality and customization, driver installation is recommended.

2. Driver and Firmware Installation

To unlock the full potential of your MCHOSE Jet 75 keyboard, including advanced customization options for key travel, macros, and lighting effects, it is essential to install the MCHOSE driver. You can choose between the M HUB Web driver (browser-based) or the M HUB Desktop driver (Windows 10 and above).

• Rapid Trigger: This feature dynamically changes the actuation and deactivation point, allowing keys to activate and deactivate based on your intent, eliminating slow return key press travel.
• Rappy Snappy: Monitors at least two selected keys and activates the key pressed the furthest. When both are active at the same depth, it resorts to your selected SOCD resolution, enhancing movement in games.
• Adjustable Actuation: Full control over your actuation point from 0.1 to 4.0mm, allowing you to customize the sensitivity of each key.
• Rich Key Functionality: Customize dynamic key travel, key macros, and advanced features like SOCD (Simultaneous Opposite Cardinal Directions), RS (Rapid Stop), DKS (Dynamic Keystroke), MT (Macro Toggle), and TGL (Toggle Layer) for optimized FPS gameplay.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

The floating keycap design of the MCHOSE Jet 75 facilitates easier cleaning. To clean your keyboard:

1. Disconnect the keyboard from your computer.
2. Use a can of compressed air to blow away dust and debris from between the keycaps.
3. For stubborn dirt, gently remove keycaps using the provided keycap puller.
4. Wipe the keycaps and keyboard base with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure all parts are dry before reattaching keycaps and reconnecting the keyboard.

Keycap and Switch Replacement:

The MCHOSE Jet 75 keyboard is hot-swappable, allowing for easy replacement of switches. Use the included keycap and switch puller to carefully remove and replace switches or keycaps. Two spare switches are provided for convenience.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard Not Responding:

• Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your computer.
• Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your computer.
• Test the keyboard on another computer to determine if the issue is with the keyboard or the original computer.

RGB Lighting Issues:

• Verify that the MCHOSE driver software is installed and up to date.
• Check the lighting settings within the MCHOSE driver to ensure desired effects are selected.
• Ensure no conflicting software is running that might interfere with RGB control.

Key Actuation Problems:
