4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Taking a Measurement
- Sit comfortably with your tested arm resting on a flat surface. Place your elbow on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
- Turn your palm upwards, sit upright in a chair, and take 5-6 deep breaths before starting.
- Press the START/STOP button to turn on the monitor. It will display the latest record of the current user and automatically begin a measurement.
- Remain still and quiet during the measurement. The monitor will inflate and then slowly deflate to take the reading.
- Your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will be displayed on the LCD screen and announced via voice broadcast (if enabled).
4.2 Understanding Readings
- SYS (Systolic Pressure): The top number, indicating the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- DIA (Diastolic Pressure): The bottom number, indicating the pressure in your arteries between beats.
- PULSE: Your heart rate, measured in beats per minute.
- An irregular heartbeat icon may appear if an irregular pulse is detected. If this occurs, retest after a few minutes of rest.
4.3 User Profiles and History
- The monitor supports two user profiles (User 1 and User 2), each storing up to 199 readings, and a Guest mode (no storage).
- To switch users when the monitor is off, press and hold the MEM/USER button to display the current user ID. Press MEM/USER again to switch to another user, then press START/STOP to confirm.
- To check history records when the monitor is off, press the MEM/USER button to enter the history function. Use the MEM/USER button to scroll through previous readings.
- All readings are automatically synced to the ViHealth app when connected via Bluetooth, providing unlimited data storage and trend analysis.

- Store the monitor in its protective case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
6. Troubleshooting
