Charging and Battery Life
The mouse is equipped with a 500mAh rechargeable battery. A full charge provides approximately 40 hours of usage in Bluetooth mode. When the battery is low, the RGB lighting may change or flash to indicate the need for charging. Connect the mouse using the USB Type-C cable to charge it. The mouse can be used while charging in wired mode.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. For the hollowed-out areas, a can of compressed air can help remove dust and debris. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the low battery indicator appears.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged. Check the connection mode switch (Wired, 2.4G, BT) is set correctly. For 2.4GHz, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, ensure it's paired correctly and Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Lag or intermittent connection: Ensure the mouse is within range of the receiver/device. Avoid interference from other wireless devices. Try connecting in wired mode to rule out wireless issues.
- DPI not changing: Ensure you are pressing the correct DPI button on the underside of the mouse.
- RGB lighting not working: Check if the RGB lighting is enabled via the software or a dedicated button (if available). Ensure the mouse has sufficient battery charge.
