3.1 Open Ear Design

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- A full charge provides up to 6 hours of playback for the earbuds.
- The charging case provides an additional 30 hours of battery life, totaling 36 hours of playtime.
- The case features a digital LED display to show the remaining battery percentage.
- Fast charging allows for approximately 1 hour to fully charge the case.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing
To connect your earbuds to a device:
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed in the charging case.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Q71-X" from the list.
- Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing.

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your earbuds, try the following steps:
- No Sound: Ensure earbuds are charged, properly paired, and volume is adjusted on both the earbuds and your device.
- Cannot Pair: Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on. Ensure earbuds are in pairing mode. Try forgetting the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
- Intermittent Connection: Ensure you are within the Bluetooth range (approximately 15 feet) and there are no significant obstructions between the earbuds and your device.
- Charging Issues: Check the charging cable and power source. Ensure the earbuds are correctly seated in the charging case.
- Unresponsive Controls: Try placing the earbuds back in the case, closing it, and then reopening it to reset them.
