2. Important Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions could result in fire, explosion, or burn hazard, which could cause property damage, personal injury, or death.

  • For outdoor use only. Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
  • Do not store a spare liquid propane cylinder under or near this appliance.
  • Always ensure proper ventilation. Never operate the grill in an enclosed space.

4. Assembly Instructions

The assembly process involves multiple steps. It is recommended to have two people for certain stages. Please follow the video tutorial for detailed visual instructions. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and a wrench (provided).

4.2. Step-by-Step Assembly Overview

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify against the parts list in Section 3.
  2. Assemble the Base Frame: Attach the four vertical support legs to the bottom panel using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Install Side Panels: Slide and secure the side panels into the designated slots on the base frame. Fasten with screws.
  4. Attach Top Frame Supports: Secure the top frame supports to the vertical legs.
  5. Install Casters: Screw the four casters into the bottom of the base frame. Two casters are locking; place them on the front for stability. Use the provided wrench to tighten.
  6. Mount Main Grill Head: With assistance, carefully lift and place the main grill head onto the assembled base frame. Align the mounting holes and secure with screws.
  7. Install Side Burner Unit: Attach the side burner unit to the right side of the main grill head, securing it with screws.
  8. Connect Gas Lines: Connect the gas lines from the main grill head and side burner to the manifold. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
  9. Attach Control Knobs: Push the control knobs onto their respective valve stems on the front panel.
  10. Install Heat Tents: Place the heat tents over the main burners.
  11. Place Cooking Grates and Warming Rack: Position the porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grates over the burners and place the warming rack in its designated upper slots.
  12. Assemble and Attach Cabinet Doors: Attach handles to the cabinet doors. Then, install the doors onto the cabinet frame.
  13. Install Grease Tray and Cup: Slide the grease tray into its slot beneath the main grill head and attach the grease cup.
  14. Install Thermometer: Insert the thermometer into the lid and secure it with the provided nut.
  15. Connect Propane Tank: Connect the gas hose and regulator assembly to a standard 20-lb propane tank (not included). Ensure the tank is placed securely in the cabinet.

Note: AA batteries are required for the igniter system and are not included with the product. Please purchase them separately.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Pre-Use Safety Check

  • Ensure the grill is on a level, stable surface, away from flammable materials.
  • Check all gas connections for leaks using a soapy water solution. Bubbles indicate a leak. Tighten connections or replace parts if necessary.
  • Ensure the propane tank is securely connected and upright.

5.2. Lighting the Main Burners

  1. Open the grill lid.
  2. Turn on the gas supply at the propane tank valve.
  3. Push in and turn one main burner control knob to the HIGH position.
  4. Press and hold the electronic igniter button (if applicable) or use a long-stemmed lighter to ignite the burner.
  5. Once lit, release the igniter button. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to OFF, wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
  6. Repeat for other main burners as needed. Adjust flame intensity using the control knobs.

5.3. Lighting the Side Burner

  1. Open the side burner lid.
  2. Push in and turn the side burner control knob anti-clockwise until it reaches the ignition sign and a click sound is heard.
  3. The burner should light. If not, turn the knob to OFF, wait 5 minutes, and repeat.
  4. Adjust the burner control knob for desired cooking setting.

6. Care and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your grill and ensure optimal performance.

6.1. Cleaning the Cooking Grates

  • After each use, while the grates are still warm, brush off food residue with a stiff wire brush.
  • For deeper cleaning, remove grates and wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reinstalling.

6.2. Cleaning the Grease Tray and Cup

  • Regularly check and empty the grease cup to prevent overflow.
  • Remove the grease tray and wash with warm, soapy water. Ensure it is clean and dry before reinserting.

6.3. Exterior Cleaning

  • Wipe down stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a stainless steel cleaner.

  • Store the propane tank in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
