3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly set up your portable air conditioner.
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the unit and all accessories from the packaging.
- Verify all components are present: Portable AC unit, remote control, exhaust hose, window kit (baffle plate, window exhaust adapter, connector of air exhaust duct), and user manual.

3.2 Window Kit Installation
The window kit is designed for installation in double-hung or sliding windows.
- Adjust the Baffle Plate: Adjust the length of the baffle plate to fit your window opening. Secure it with screws if necessary.
- Place in Window: Insert the adjusted window kit into the window track and close the window securely against it.
- Connect Exhaust Hose to Unit: Attach the connector of the air exhaust duct to the exhaust port on the back of the portable AC unit.
- Connect Exhaust Hose to Window Kit: Extend the exhaust hose and insert the window exhaust adapter into the opening of the window kit.
- Ensure all connections are secure to prevent air leakage.

4. Operating Instructions
The unit can be controlled using the touch panel on the unit or the included remote control.
4.1 Control Panel and Remote Control
The front LED display shows the current temperature or timer settings. The remote control offers full functionality from up to 25 feet away.

4.2 Operating Modes
- Cooling Mode: Select this mode for active cooling. Adjust the temperature between 59°F and 88°F using the up/down arrows.
- Fan Mode: Circulates air without cooling. Choose between High, Medium, or Low fan speeds.
- Dehumidify Mode: Removes excess moisture from the air. The unit can remove up to 75 pints per day.

4.3 Additional Functions
- Timer Function: Set the unit to turn on or off automatically within a 1-24 hour period.
- Sleep Mode: Activates quiet operation and gradually adjusts the temperature for comfortable sleep.
- Auto Swing: The louvers will automatically swing to distribute air evenly.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your unit.
5.1 Air Filter Cleaning
- The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks, or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
- Remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit (refer to diagram in full manual for exact location).
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
5.2 Water Drainage
The unit collects moisture during cooling and dehumidifying operations. It has a self-evaporative system, but in high humidity conditions, the internal water tank may fill up, requiring manual drainage. The unit will display an "LC" error code when the tank is full.
- Unplug the unit.
- Place a shallow pan or tray under the drainage port (typically located at the bottom rear of the unit).
- Remove the drain plug/cap.
- Allow all collected water to drain out.
- Replace the drain plug/cap securely.
5.3 Storage
- Before storing, drain all water from the unit.
- Clean the air filter.
- Run the unit in fan-only mode for a few hours to dry the internal components.
- Store the unit in a dry, upright position, covered to protect from dust.
6. Troubleshooting
