3. Operating Instructions

The Aeitto Juicer Machine is designed for efficient juice extraction with minimal noise. It features three modes for various fruits and vegetables.

Preparation of Ingredients:

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Remove large seeds, pits, or hard skins (e.g., citrus peels).
  • Cut ingredients into smaller chunks to fit the feeding chute and prevent clogging. This is especially important for harder produce like carrots and beets.

Mode Selection:

The juicer offers three distinct modes controlled by the dial:

  • SOFT MODE (85-100 RPM): Ideal for softer fruits and vegetables such as oranges, watermelon, grapes, berries, and tomatoes.
  • HARD MODE (95-110 RPM): Suitable for harder produce like apples, pears, carrots, beets, celery, ginger, and kale. This mode ensures better extraction and reduced oxidation for fibrous ingredients.
  • REVERSE FUNCTION (REV): Use this function to clear any clogs if ingredients get stuck in the auger. Ensure the juicer is switched to 'O' (off) before engaging the reverse function.

Insert prepared ingredients into the feeding chute and gently push them down with the food pusher. Do not force ingredients. The juicer operates quietly, typically below 60 decibels, allowing for use at any time without disturbing others.

Note: To ensure optimal performance and motor longevity, avoid continuous operation for more than 10 minutes. Allow the motor to cool down if extended juicing is required.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Aeitto Juicer Machine.

Cleaning Steps:

  1. Unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
  2. Press the one-button release to disassemble the juicing components.
  3. Rinse all detachable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  4. Use the included cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the filter screen and other intricate parts.
  5. All detachable parts are dishwasher safe for convenience. However, for the metal grate piece, hand washing immediately after use is recommended to prevent food from drying on it, which can make cleaning difficult.
  6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
  7. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Aeitto Juicer Machine, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Juicer does not turn onNot plugged in; parts not assembled correctly; power outage.Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check that all components are correctly assembled and locked into place. Verify power supply.
Ingredients are stuck / Juicer stops during operationOverloading; large pieces of produce; fibrous ingredients causing blockage.Switch the juicer to 'O' (off), then use the 'REV' (Reverse) function to clear the blockage. Cut ingredients into smaller pieces before juicing. Do not overload the feeding chute.
Low juice yield / Wet pulpIncorrect mode selected; very soft or very hard produce.Ensure you are using the appropriate 'SOFT' or 'HARD' mode for your ingredients. For some very soft fruits, a slightly wetter pulp is normal. For harder produce, ensure pieces are small enough for efficient mastication.
Unusual noise or vibrationImproper assembly; foreign object inside; motor strain.Disassemble and reassemble all parts, ensuring they are securely locked. Check for any foreign objects. If the noise persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.

If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact Aeitto customer support for assistance.
