Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

  • Robot gets stuck on drains or covers the same area repeatedly: Ensure pool drains are flush with the pool floor. The WavePath Navigation system is designed for efficient coverage, but complex pool shapes or uneven surfaces may require manual repositioning or additional cleaning cycles.
  • Robot does not climb steps or walls effectively: Verify the battery is fully charged. Ensure the pool surface is free from excessive algae or slippery buildup that could hinder traction.
  • Reduced suction or cleaning efficiency: Check and clean the debris filter basket. A clogged filter can significantly reduce performance.
