Operating Instructions
Power On/Off:
Press and hold the On/Off button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.
Selecting a Therapy Mode:
Press the F (Function) button to cycle through the five available therapy modes: TENS, EMS, IF, RUSS, and DIY. The selected mode will be displayed on the screen.
