4. Setup
Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer:
- Attach Handlebar: Secure the handlebar to the main unit using the provided bolts and nuts. Hand-tighten the nuts.
- Install Wheels: Push the wheels onto the axle until they lock into place.
- Mount Soap Tank: Screw the soap tank holder onto the frame, ensuring the locking washer is in place for a secure fit.
- Assemble Spray Gun: Connect the metal barrel to the spray gun handle by spinning it clockwise until secure.
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the 25FT high-pressure hose to the spray gun and the other end to the high-pressure outlet on the pump. Screw on tightly.
- Connect Water Supply Hose: Connect your garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the gasket is properly seated to prevent leaks.
- Add Engine Oil: Your pressure washer is shipped without oil. Using the provided funnel, add approximately 0.5 quarts of SAE 10W-30 motor oil to the engine. Refer to the engine's dipstick for the correct fill level.

5. Operating Instructions
Once assembled and fueled, follow these steps for operation:
- Turn on Water Supply: Fully open the water faucet connected to your garden hose.
- Purge Air: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the pump and hose until a steady stream of water emerges.
- Engine Start:
- Turn the engine switch to the "ON" position.
- Move the choke lever to the "CLOSE" position (for cold starts).
- Adjust the throttle to the "RIGHT" position.
- Locate the recoil cord and pull it rapidly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "OPEN" position.
- Nozzle Selection: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle for your cleaning task. Insert it into the spray gun until it clicks securely.
- Apply Soap (Optional): If using detergent, fill the 3L soap tank with pressure washer-safe detergent. Use the black soap nozzle for detergent application.
- Begin Cleaning: Aim the spray gun at the surface to be cleaned, maintaining a safe distance. Squeeze the trigger to start the high-pressure spray.
- Shut Down: To turn off the pressure washer, release the spray gun trigger, turn the engine switch to the "OFF" position, and turn off the water supply. Squeeze the trigger again to release any remaining pressure.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your pressure washer.
- Engine Oil: Check engine oil level before each use. Change oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 50 hours or annually.
- Air Filter: Inspect the air filter regularly. Clean or replace if dirty.
- Spark Plug: Inspect and clean the spark plug annually or every 100 hours. Replace if necessary.
- Fuel System: Drain the fuel system if storing for more than 30 days to prevent fuel degradation. Use a fuel stabilizer if storing with fuel.
- Pump: Flush the pump with a pump protector/stabilizer before long-term storage to prevent freezing and corrosion.
- Nozzles: Clean clogged nozzles with the included nozzle cleaning tool.
- Hose and Gun: Inspect the high-pressure hose and spray gun for damage before each use. Replace if worn or damaged.
7. Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for common issues and their solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Engine will not start | No fuel or low oil; Choke/throttle incorrect; Spark plug issue | Add fuel/oil; Adjust choke/throttle; Check/replace spark plug |
| Low pressure | Clogged nozzle; Insufficient water supply; Air in pump | Clean nozzle; Ensure full water flow; Purge air from pump |
| Engine stalls during operation | Low oil level; Overheating; Clogged fuel filter | Check/add oil; Allow to cool; Clean/replace fuel filter |
| Water leaks | Loose connections; Damaged O-rings/gaskets | Tighten connections; Replace O-rings/gaskets |
