1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LE-IDEA IDEA12 Foldable Drone. This drone is designed for both beginners and experienced pilots, offering a stable flight experience with advanced features such as a 1080P HD camera, optical flow positioning, and multiple flight modes. Please read this manual carefully before operating the drone to ensure safe and proper use.
2. Safety Precautions
- Do not fly near people or animals: Maintain a safe distance to prevent injury.
- Avoid obstacles: Do not fly near buildings, trees, power lines, or other obstructions.
- Environmental conditions: Do not fly in strong winds, rain, snow, or fog. Optimal flight conditions are calm and clear.
- Battery safety: Use only the provided charger and battery. Do not overcharge or puncture batteries. Discontinue use if batteries are damaged or swollen.
- Age restriction: This product is not suitable for children under 14 years old. Adult supervision is recommended for all users.
- Respect privacy: Be mindful of privacy laws when recording videos or taking photos.
- Pre-flight check: Always ensure propellers are securely attached and undamaged before each flight.

4. Product Overview
The LE-IDEA IDEA12 drone features a compact, foldable design for easy portability. It integrates a 1080P HD camera and various sensors for stable flight.

Drone Components:
- Camera: 1080P HD camera with 90° adjustable angle.
- Optical Flow Sensor: Located on the bottom for stable hovering.
- Propellers: Four main propellers for lift and thrust.
- Motor Arms: Foldable for compact storage.
- Modular Battery Compartment: Easy to insert and remove the battery.
- LED Lights: Indicate drone status and orientation.
Remote Control Components:
- Left Joystick: Controls altitude (up/down) and rotation (left/right).
- Right Joystick: Controls forward/backward and left/right movement.
- One-Key Takeoff/Landing Button: Initiates automatic takeoff or landing.
- Speed Mode Button: Toggles between 3 speed modes.
- Headless Mode Button: Activates headless flight.
- 360° Flip Button: Executes a flip stunt.
- Phone Holder: For mounting your smartphone to view the FPV feed.
5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Battery
Connect the modular battery to the USB charging cable. Plug the USB cable into a 5V/1A USB adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show charging status. Charging typically takes 60-90 minutes. Do not leave charging unattended.
5.2 Installing the Drone Battery
Once fully charged, insert the modular battery into the battery compartment on the back of the drone until it clicks into place.
5.3 Installing Propellers and Propeller Guards
Attach the propeller guards to the drone's motor arms for added protection, especially for beginners. Ensure the propellers are correctly installed according to their markings (A and B) on the corresponding motor shafts. Incorrect installation will prevent proper flight.

5.4 Remote Control Battery Installation
Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control and insert 3 AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment.
