The toilet features a seamless design and full ceramic glaze, making it easy to clean. Use mild, non-abrasive cleaners and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or internal components.
7.2 Macerator Pump Maintenance
The macerator pump is designed with a stainless steel non-clog blade to prevent blockages. Regular flushing with water is usually sufficient. If a blockage occurs, refer to the troubleshooting section.

8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Pump does not start | No power, clogged impeller, faulty switch | Check power supply. Disconnect power and inspect impeller for obstructions. Contact support if switch is faulty. |
| Pump runs continuously | Float switch stuck, continuous water inflow | Check float switch for obstructions. Ensure no continuous water source is feeding into the pump. |
| Poor flushing performance | Low water pressure, partial blockage in toilet or pump | Check water supply pressure. Inspect toilet bowl and pump for partial blockages (after disconnecting power). |
| Unpleasant odors | Ventilation issue, activated carbon needs replacement, debris in pump | Ensure proper ventilation. Check and replace activated carbon if present. Clean pump (after disconnecting power). |
