3. Setup and Installation

Installation of this heater requires electrical wiring. It is strongly recommended that installation be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes and safety standards.

3.2 Electrical Wiring and Voltage Adaptation

The heater is factory-wired for 240VAC/1500W (compatible with 208VAC/1125W). It can be converted to 120VAC/750W or 120VAC/1500W by changing the internal wiring. Refer to the wiring diagram provided with the product for detailed instructions on voltage conversion.

Important: Do not connect directly to 120V voltage if the heater is configured for 240/208V. Always switch to the correct wiring method for 120V voltage before connecting power.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Thermostat Operation

The heater features a built-in thermostat to maintain your desired comfort level. The thermostat dial is located on the front panel of the unit.

  1. Turning On: Rotate the thermostat dial clockwise from the "LOW" position. The heater will activate when the ambient temperature falls below the set temperature.
  2. Adjusting Temperature: Turn the dial clockwise to increase the desired temperature setting (towards "HIGH") or counter-clockwise to decrease it (towards "LOW").
  3. Turning Off: Rotate the thermostat dial counter-clockwise until it reaches the "LOW" position and the heater deactivates. For complete power disconnection, turn off the circuit breaker supplying power to the heater.
