4. Setup and Assembly

Your DEEPOWER H20pro e-bike comes 85% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

4.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove the bicycle and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Remove all protective packaging materials.

4.2 Handlebar Installation

  1. Unfold the handlebar stem and secure the quick-release lever.
  2. Adjust the handlebar height to your preference and tighten the stem clamp bolts using the provided tools.
  3. Ensure the display and controls are correctly oriented and tightened.

4.3 Front Wheel Installation

  1. Align the front wheel with the fork dropouts, ensuring the brake rotor slides correctly into the brake caliper.
  2. Insert the quick-release skewer or axle bolt through the wheel hub and tighten securely.
  3. Ensure the wheel spins freely without rubbing against the brake pads.

4.4 Pedal Installation

Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The right pedal tightens clockwise, and the left pedal tightens counter-clockwise. Use a wrench to securely fasten them.

4.5 Front Light Installation

Attach the front light to the designated mounting point on the front fork or handlebar stem. Secure it with the provided screws and tools.

4.6 Battery Installation and Removal

The 48V 25Ah removable battery is integrated into the frame. To install, slide the battery into its compartment until it clicks into place. Use the key to lock it. To remove, unlock with the key and slide it out. This allows for convenient off-bike charging.

5. Operating Your E-Bike

5.1 Powering On/Off and Display

Press and hold the power button on the LCD display to turn the e-bike on or off. The intelligent LCD display shows speed, battery level, distance traveled, and any fault codes. It also allows you to select riding modes and adjust pedal-assist levels.

5.2 Riding Modes

5.3 Gear Shifting

The e-bike is equipped with a 7-speed Shimano gear system. Use the shifters on the handlebar to change gears, adapting to different terrains and riding conditions. Shift smoothly to avoid strain on the drivetrain.

6. Maintenance
