5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Selecting Speed

The tool has two speed settings:

  • Speed 1 (Low Speed): For high-torque applications like driving large screws or drilling large holes.
  • Speed 2 (High Speed): For fast drilling in softer materials or smaller holes.

Use the speed selector switch located on top of the tool to choose the desired speed.

5.2 Adjusting Torque

The torque adjustment ring allows you to select the appropriate torque setting for screwdriving or switch to drilling mode. Rotate the ring to align the desired number with the arrow on the tool body. Higher numbers indicate higher torque. For drilling, select the drill symbol.

5.3 Forward/Reverse Operation

The forward/reverse selector switch controls the direction of rotation. Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (screwdriving/drilling) and to the right for reverse rotation (removing screws). Ensure the switch is in the center position to lock the trigger and prevent accidental starting.

5.4 Drilling and Screwdriving

  • Drilling: Select the drill mode on the torque adjustment ring. Choose the appropriate speed. Hold the tool firmly and apply steady pressure.
  • Screwdriving: Select a torque setting suitable for the screw size and material. Start with a lower torque setting and increase if necessary to avoid stripping the screw head or damaging the workpiece.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your tool.

  • Cleaning: Keep the ventilation slots clean to prevent overheating. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the tool casing. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Chuck Maintenance: Periodically clean the chuck jaws to ensure proper gripping of bits.
