Setup

Connection Modes

The V20 keyboard supports three connection modes: Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz Wireless, and USB-C Wired. It can connect to up to 5 devices simultaneously.

  1. Bluetooth Connection (BT1/BT2/BT3):

    Press and hold FN + 1, FN + 2, or FN + 3 to switch to one of the three Bluetooth channels. The indicator light will flash, indicating pairing mode. Search for "EWEADN V20" on your device's Bluetooth settings and connect.

  2. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection:

    Insert the 2.4GHz USB receiver (located in the keyboard's back compartment) into your device's USB port. Press and hold FN + 4 to activate 2.4GHz mode. The keyboard should connect automatically.

  3. USB-C Wired Connection:

    Connect the keyboard to your device using the provided USB-C cable. Press and hold FN + 5 to switch to wired mode. The keyboard will function as a standard wired keyboard and charge simultaneously.

System Compatibility

The V20 keyboard is compatible with Windows 7/8/10/XP/Vista, Linux, and Mac OS systems. You can easily switch between Windows and Mac layouts.

Operating Instructions

Multimedia and Backlight Control

The keyboard features a multimedia knob and dedicated buttons for easy control of media and lighting effects.

  • Multimedia Knob:
    • Press and hold the knob for three seconds to switch between Multimedia Mode and Lighting Mode.
    • In Multimedia Mode: Turn clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease volume. Press the knob to mute/unmute.
    • In Lighting Mode: Turn clockwise to increase brightness, counter-clockwise to decrease brightness. Press the knob to switch lighting effects.
  • Dedicated Media Buttons: Located next to the knob, these buttons allow quick control for previous song, next song, and play/pause.

Backlight Effects

The keyboard offers 19 lighting effects and adjustable brightness/speed.

  • Game Backlight Modes: Press FN + 1~8 to select specific game backlight modes.
  • Adjust Brightness: Press FN + ↑ (Up Arrow) to increase brightness, FN + ↓ (Down Arrow) to decrease brightness (5 levels).
  • Adjust Speed: Press FN + ← (Left Arrow) to slow down the lighting effect, FN + → (Right Arrow) to speed up the lighting effect.

Anti-Ghosting

The V20 keyboard features full key anti-ghosting technology. This ensures that every key press is registered accurately, even when multiple keys are pressed simultaneously, preventing conflicts and errors during high-speed typing or gaming.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your EWEADN V20 keyboard, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the keyboard. For dust and debris between keycaps, use compressed air. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Spills: In case of liquid spills, immediately disconnect the keyboard from power. Turn it upside down to drain liquid and allow it to dry completely before reconnecting. Do not use a hairdryer as excessive heat can damage components.
