3. Setup
- Combine Decks: Shuffle the 16 Speed Pack cards into your existing classic UNO deck.
- Deal Cards: Deal 7 cards to each player.
- Starting Pile: Place the remaining cards face down to form the Draw Pile. Turn over the top card of the Draw Pile to begin the Discard Pile. If the first card is a special action card, refer to the classic UNO rules for starting play.
