Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic precautions:

• Power Connection: Do not use with an extension cord. Only plug directly into a 120V 60Hz wall outlet. Using power strips, extension cords, or shared outlets can cause overloading, leading to short circuits, fire, or electric shock. The cord length is 4.9 ft / 1.5 m.
• Stable Placement: The heater has an anti-tipping button on the bottom. It must be placed on a solid and level surface to operate. It will not start on soft surfaces like fluffy carpets.
• Overheat Protection: The heater is equipped with overheat protection. If it overheats, it will shut off automatically, and the display will show error code E3. Unplug the unit and wait approximately 30 minutes for it to cool down before restarting.
• Automatic Power-Off: For safety, the heater will shut off automatically after continuously running for 24 hours without manual operation.
• Child Lock: Utilize the child lock feature to prevent accidental changes to settings, especially around children and pets.

Setup

Unpacking

Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.

Placement

Place the heater on a firm, level, and stable surface. Ensure it is not on soft surfaces like thick carpets, which may activate the anti-tipping safety feature. Maintain a safe distance from walls, furniture, curtains, and any flammable materials.

Power Connection

Plug the heater directly into a standard 120V 60Hz wall outlet. Do not use extension cords, power strips, or shared outlets to prevent overloading and potential electrical hazards.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press the Power button () on the control panel or the remote control to turn the heater on or off.

Adjusting Temperature

Use the + and - buttons on the control panel or remote to set your desired temperature between 41°F and 95°F. The temperature adjusts in 1°F increments.

Mode Selection

Press the M (Mode) button to cycle through the available heating modes: High Heat (1500W), Low Heat (950W), ECO Mode, and Fan Mode.

ECO Mode

In ECO mode, the heater automatically adjusts its power output based on the ambient temperature to maintain the set temperature and save energy. It will turn off when the set temperature is reached and restart if the ambient temperature drops below the set point.

ECO mode intelligently maintains your desired temperature while conserving energy.

Oscillation

Press the Oscillation button (curved arrow icon) to activate or deactivate the 70° oscillation feature, distributing warmth evenly across the room.

The 70° oscillation ensures widespread heat distribution.

Timer Function

Press the Timer button (clock icon) to set an automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 12 hours. The heater will turn off after the set time.

Child Lock

To activate or deactivate the child lock, press and hold the Timer button for 3 seconds. This prevents accidental changes to settings.

Display Light On/Off

To turn off the display light, press and hold the Timer button for 3 seconds (if not already used for child lock) or use the remote control.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Filter

The heater features a washable filter located at the back. Regularly remove and clean the filter to ensure optimal performance and air quality. To remove, gently pull the filter cover. Wash the filter with water and allow it to dry completely before reinserting.

General Cleaning

Unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or allow water to enter the internal components of the heater.

Troubleshooting

Heater Not Turning On

• Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functioning 120V 60Hz wall outlet.
• Check if the anti-tipping button on the bottom is fully depressed (the heater must be on a flat, firm surface).
• Verify that the power button on the unit or remote has been pressed.

Heater Overheats (Error Code E3)

• If the display shows "E3", the heater has overheated and automatically shut off. Unplug the unit and wait approximately 30 minutes for it to cool down. The error code should disappear, and the heater can be restarted.

Remote Control Not Working

• Check the battery in the remote control and replace if necessary.
• Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the heater's sensor.
