Setup
1. Charging the Device
The SUPVAN E11 Label Maker is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. Before initial use, it is recommended to fully charge the device.
- Locate the USB charging port on the device.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the label maker and a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off or change color when fully charged.

The built-in 1200 mAh battery provides extended usage and standby time, making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly power solution compared to disposable batteries.
2. Loading Label Tape
The SUPVAN E11 uses thermal label paper, eliminating the need for ink or toner.
- Open the label compartment cover on the side of the device.
- Insert a roll of SUPVAN label tape into the compartment, ensuring the tape feeds out correctly.
- Close the compartment cover securely. The device features smart RFID auto-detection to recognize the label size automatically.

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the power button (⑂) until the screen illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.
2. Printing Modes
The SUPVAN E11 Label Maker offers two primary methods for creating and printing labels:

a. Keyboard for Fast Printing
The integrated QWERTY keyboard allows for quick and direct text input.
- Type your desired text using the keyboard.
- Use the navigation keys to move the cursor and the "Set" button for options.
- Press "Enter" to confirm text or settings.
- Press the print button (⎙) to print the label.
b. App for Creativity (Bluetooth Connection)
For more advanced label design, connect the label maker to your smartphone via Bluetooth and use the dedicated SUPVAN app.
- Download the official SUPVAN app from your device's app store.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and the label maker.
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your E11 device.
- Within the app, you can access over 40 fonts, 450 icons, and 50 frames to customize your labels.
- Design your label and send the print command from the app.

3. Label Types and Features

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Print Head
To ensure optimal print quality, periodically clean the thermal print head.
- Turn off the label maker and disconnect it from any power source.
- Open the label compartment.
- Gently wipe the print head with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
- Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the compartment and powering on the device.
2. Storing Label Tape
Store unused label tape rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality and adhesive properties.
Troubleshooting
